Morning had come quick like always, and Elizabeth Cost had her music baring, her favorite thing to do. She danced around with a hairbrush in her hand, singing into it like a microphone. Her horse shoe print booty shorts pajama's not doing much to keep her warm. Why worry? It was warm out today, she opened her bedroom window and pulled the curtains to the side. She looked to the pasture, searching for her favorite boy, Oscar. Like usual he was grazing, he had obviously rolled over night, his gold trimmed cooler was layered in hard, crusty mud again. She smirked and walked to her dresser. She opened the bottom drawer and pulled out some beige riding breeches. She went to her closet and pulled out her tall zip up riding boots and a halter shirt.
She hurried down the stairs, and searched the kitchen for any type of breakfeast Mr. William may have put together, she picked up a piece of toast and ran out the front door. What a wonderful day for a trail ride. Walking into the barn she looked around for Mr. William, he was usually in his office in the morning, but he wasnt. He must have been out to get some feed or something. She vanished from the aisle and into the tack room, she gathered Oscar's all purpose tack and a few treats that she shoved in her pocket.
After returning from the pasture with her liver chestnut stallion she put him into the cross tied. He side stepped and tossed his head, snorting and pawing at the ground. She unclipped his blanket and slide it off, "Good mornning handsome boy" She spoke softely. She brushed him down quickley, mainly his legs, what a saver that cooler was. She tacked Oscar up and put his jumping boots on his front legs, he would be safer on the trail this way.

The crisp bite of morning winds nipped at the exposed complexion of the girl, a furry hood pulled up over her head, wisps of dark raven-skinned hair flying through the nearest exits whipping across her cheeks. The ivory cord of ipod ear phones, bleeding from her ears and snaking down to one of her puffed out pockets. Avery kicked a random flower, sprouting up from in between the bridge of two colossal pieces of grass. Her crystalline eyes watching the petals rise, then flutter down, dotting the ground with tiny purple blankets. Her ivory hands, masked from the winds by jamming themselves in the fleece-lined pockets of her chocolate puffy jacket, which was opened partially. Showing off her magenta t-shirt with metallic silver lightning bolts. Her pale grey jeans were tucked fully into her black riding boots, which held a dusty hue due to their constant use.
It was another daily routine for Avery, a walk, then a morning ride; over and over again in sick little circles as if that was the way she had lived her life since the day she was born into the world. Heavy rock beats caused her to nod her head, mouthing some of the lyrics she knew to well. Slowly, she lifted her gaze from the turf, sticking a stick of gum between her pink painted lips, and snapping loudly as a girl came into view. With tack and supplies in-hand, avery glanced at the girl, nope she certainly didn't know her name. Avery slowed her pace, the ivory silhouette of Morning Glory coming into view as she concentrated on what to say. Might as well be friendly the girl shrugged to herself, carefully removing her ear-phones one at a time before advancing upon her precious horse. Not daring to look over at the other girl, just in case she had just noticed her.
"hey!"
Avery stated, her eyes never leaving the defined visage of her mare as she stroked it's face with the back of her gloved hand. The girl stole a look at the other girl, tending to her horse, wondering is she had even heard Avery. Taking off her coat and hanging it on the end of a nail, jutting out from one of the wodden posts enclosing the animals, before beginning to set her horse up for a morning ride, just as she did every morning to the point of the simple actions being involuntary. With her free hand, Avery tucked a lock of hair behind her ear, a warm yet timid grin plastered on her face as she waited to see if the girl would re act

|.| Late to bed early to rise explained Zenith perfectly. He stood next to the barn, a sturdy hand to the buckskin tobiano Treason as he pulled the cinch snuggly around the alabaster stomach. The tobiano stood motionless, his mouth juggling the bit placidly in his mouth. Pulling at the western saddle lightly, he decided it was tight enough. He patted the tobiano gently, before gathering the reins in his hand and making his way toward the gate that lead into the trails. The morning air burned against his bare arms and face. It was a cool morning, but with the sun rising into the sky and blazing down onto his back, he make a notion to leave his black hoody in his room. The birds chirped placidly among the trees that surrounded the stable and inhabited the field. The gentle rolling thunder of horses in the paddock was relaxing, even the soft clipping of Treason's hooves on the cobbled path was admiring. He could feel Treason's warm breath along his hand as the gentle stallion outstretched his head to nuzzle gently at the hand that lead him. Zenith kept his pace calm and swinging, for surely they would have a more deliberate workout on the trail. Following the path, he soon entered the stable; where he had to walk through to reach the gate to the trails. Glancing at the horses that lined the stall, he smiled. Some reached out their heads in welcome; others turned and glared menacingly from the corner of their stalls. Sighing, he looked up to see two girls with their horses.
|.| He considered stopping and taking a different route to the trails, but the thought of company did not seem that bad. He recognized both of the girls. They were familiars around the stables. Though- their names were shrouded to him. Zenith's lips pulled back in a contemplative grimace. Should he call out? Well, that would be the polite thing to do. Muscles clenched as one of the girls called out to the other one. The call had started him, and sighing he shook his head and stepped forward, leading Treason on. The silence was almost sickening. The clatter of Treason's hooves and the various other noises that played in melody around the stable seemed suddenly out of tune. Even so, he approached the girl that had her stallion cross-tied. He gave a gentle smile- though it seemed awkward- almost out of place on his face. Lowering his gaze, he sighed as black hair fell before his azul eyes. He had to speak to her now.
"Oi."
|.| He spoke out calmly in his usual greeting. His tones were smooth and friendly; despite his inner urge to flee in almost terror. Turning, he looked toward the girl that stood with her mare. Lifting his free hand awkwardly, he waved to her. The sudden bustle was alien to him; as he usually woke up before all others to do his training and exercising in peace. It seemed he had forgotten to adjust his clock this morning. Mentally injuring himself, he shook his head then called out to the girl that stood alongside her mare.
"Hey!"
|.| Smiling, he relaxed as the silence once again took over. He didn't have to speak anymore just yet. Sighing, he looked toward the stallion owned by the girl close by. A warmblood by looks, he seemed superior. He was probably one of the champions of the stable, seeing his coat now shined after an obvious brush. Letting his azul eyes study the conformation, he was truly impressed, then pulled his eyes away. He turned, facing Treason. Hand rose to gently stroke the whiskered muzzle, and Treason lipped tenderly at his hand. Running his other hand up and down Treason's neck- he smiled. The Tobiano gelding sighed, obviously enjoying the attention before the workout.

THIS summer morning was slightly colder than the others. The hot breathe of an equine or human visible in the open atmosphere once the carbon was disposed of. It was early morning and the sun had hardly even rose when Alex entered the shadowed aisles. She had only arrived about a week before and she didn't know a soul. Seeing that no one populated the barn in the early morning, she felt a slight tingle of lonesome. A sigh rolled from her mouth as she walked with the rope halter on her hand. Her azure eyes fell to the concrete floor, counting her foot falls. Alex smiled at the sound of a soft nicker. She pulled her eye from the floor, seeing the perky espresso colored eyes of a dappled horse. Juice made his way to the stall door, resting his dark muzzle upon the bar of the door, staring with perked acoustics. Alex pulled to bolt upon the door back, listening to the soft rattle of the rollers moving the door. Juice pulled his ears toward his skull, backing up and arching his thick neck. Alex patted him before placing the halter over his head. She sighed, leading him out into the cross ties and pulling off his sheet. She folded it and placed it in the corner of his stall. Quickly going over his coat with a soft brush, she hummed along with the radio placed in the tack room. Juice allowed a snort to issue from his chambers. The hot toxins visible within the cool air. He watched the vapor slowly evaporate within the atoms, being taken over by the cool temperatures. Alex grinned, grabbing a work pad and gently swinging it over his short back. He stood calmly with rotating ears as each piece of tack was being placed over his firm bulk. Alex grabbed some navy blue polo wraps, quickly binding them tightly around his legs. She grabbed a correctional bit and a head stall, bridling the stallion with ease. He willingly followed her to the indoor area, careful not to invade her space.
ALEX rode Juice for about a half and hour, just working on walking and collecting his head before the sound of hooves filled the air. She passed the aisle, glancing into the aisles seeing a bay horse being brushed down. A squeal left the colt below her and she was quick to correct him. Alex pushed her outside spur into the colt and collected his head to her inside, making him push his hip over. A grunt left him at the effort of this work out but he gave in, lowering his head. Alex sighed, slowly picking up the lope and giving the colt his head. Juice rode smoothly, picking up his dappled shanks with ease. It was like Alex was floating over his back, his stride was so smooth. She grinned, rounding the bend and pushing her calves to his side, making him speed up. She pushed weight into the stirrups and said whoa. Juice rounded his small body and plowed into the ground, gliding his hind end. His head was almost to the ground and Alex was riding him on a loose rein. She smiled as the horse collected himself and stood calming with his head low. Alex patted his damp neck and turned him quickly allowing him to walk. Now three horses filled the aisles and a sigh moved from her. Alex dismounted the stallion, leading him into the aisle way. She sighed, letting him stand as she slipped into the tack room, grabbing a different bridle. She walked out, finding Juice standing calmly where she had left him. She glanced at the others, seeing she was closest to the creamy tobanio. She pulled off Juice's other bridle, placing it on his stall door before putting the medium port within his mouth.
MOMENTS later, Alex was backing Juice a step or two back. She sighed turning to the others and speaking so they all could hear. " I'm Alex by the way.... " She raised a brow, wondering if she would get any reply. She turned back to the grey stud beside her. As she walked forward her spurs clanked along the floor, making a jangling noise. Juice rotated his ears toward the sound, lowering his head to glanced at the silver shanks around his owners boots. Alex gather his head, mounting quickly and making him give his nose to each side. She tore off her sweatshirt, tossing it to his stall, hoping it wouldn't spook any horse. Her azure eyes flicked toward the small group, wondering what they were planing on doing. A soothing trail ride would ease Juice after being moved to a new place so suddenly. She patted his dry neck and waited for the others to reply before she moved her colt.

oh o see! "Wow. That's a lot of people, let's see if we can keep up with this xD"
Elizabeth Cost struggled to keep Oscar calm, he continued throwing him head and side stepping "Easy Oscar, just hold on, we'll go shortly." She spoke yanking his head away from a horse in a stall, they were nipping each other. Eliza rolled her eyes at the high strung stallion. She unclipped the stallion from the cross ties, and turned him around to see Avery, she smirked "Hello" She greeted, looking to her mare. She had seen the two around the barn, and taken care of Morning Glory's feed more than a couple times. "Are you and Morning Glory here going for a ride?" She asked and shifted her eyes to her stallion, who was now teasing the mare in the stall next to him. She pulled his head over. Her eyes wonder away as another person walked into the stable, she had heard his name a few times, Zenith or something like that. He seemed quiet at first, shy. But finally he spoke up and Eliza's smirk tightened on her lips again. "Hey, uh.. Zenith i take it?" She studied the boy and his horse, his horse a wonderful looking paint. Zenith looked friendly and sort of shy, Eliza continued to smirk, watching his eyes now study her stallion, Hickory Dock. Reading his eyes, he was obviously impressed, who wouldn't be? "This here is Hickory Dock, or in my case.. Oscar. Bred here at the stable by the two finest Warmbloods. I raised him from a foal, well, he was my father's but i took care of him.. my dad was always busy." She paused and tapped his nose away as he lipped her hair. She unclipped her helmet from around her arm and put it on. "He's going up for stud later today, or tomorrow, depending on when i have the time." She continued and looked down to the points of her riding boots. Her arm being jerked around by the hyper stallion. "I'm Elizabeth Cost by the way, i am Mr. William's stable hand. Ive been here since i was only 9 years old. He took me into his family, i don't consider myself adopted though. I know my parents are out there." She gabbled on. Feeling slightly embarrassed her eyes scanned the aisle, she cleared her throat. Another voice echoed into her ears, how many people would be coming on this ride?
"Hello Alex" She greeted and moved herself to the side of her stallion. She held the reins down tightly on her neck so the hyper stallion would not walk forward when she mounted. She placed her left boot into her open stirrup and swung herself lightly into the saddle and got comfortable. "You all are welcome to join me and Oscar here on our morning ride" She invited, more eager to go than anything. Oscar too seemed eager, stepping forward without permission and when he was told to stand still he would half rear and back step. Even though she was told time after time not to be mounted on Hickory Dock in the stable's, she did it anyways, as long as she could calm him down there was no reason for not being able to be mounted.

Carefully placing the bite in Glory's mouth, Avery took hold of the reins, watching as Glory tossed her crown to wards the stallion, snorting and stamping her hooves with resistance. She then glanced at the horse "Oscar," whom was indeed a fine horse, a faint chuckle emerged from her, these kids all had extravagant breeds, and she merely had the ever popular Quarter Horse. It was quite hilarious. She peeled her hand away from Morning Glory's reins to tuck another lock behind her ear shyly.
"Yup"
She stated bluntly, patting the ivory snout that belonged to her precious horse before reaching to unlock the gate that contained the horse. 'hey' A shiver crawled up her spine, her fingers faltering for the latch before finally making contact with its cold, steel being. With an unstable breath, she turned to begin to lead Morning Glory out of her stall. Glancing slowly at the boy before tearing her eyes from him and concentrating on the ground. Timidly, she looked up, barely missing the contact of his own eyes. A small smile that looked more like a grimace formed upon her lips, and in a small voice, she murmured to him.
"hello"
A few paces away from Glory's stall, Avery pranced back to lock the iron gate and pick up a large brush. With a loud gulp she turned to begin her work on the mare's ivory tail, faint browns unshielding themselves through the bleach and giving the small strip definition. Glory's tail, strangely enough, was always matted in the morning. As the teen retreated to drop off the brush, she searched the pocket of her hung-up jacket for her riding gloves. A faint sound penetrated her ears, causing her to jump slightly, and make a small hiccup noise, as she spun to see the newcomer. A girl named Alex. Dam nit! this was the time of day where people only stirred among themselves indoors. It was slowly, turning into some sort of gathering! Avery ducked, into the new light, under the shadowy shield the stable created and wore a more convincing grin.
"hello Alex"
She brought a hand up slightly and gave a stiff wave before tending to her horse, whom was obviously getting unruly due to the appearance of three stallions. With a grunt and a small whinny the mare attempted to raise herself onto her haunches but didn't get very far, merely coming 30Cm's or so off the ground before falling and regaining her four-legged stature. Avery cast an uncertain glance to the boy, then Alex, studying their horses. The girl, Alex's horse was no more then a colt, which would be no threat to Morning Glory what-so-ever. As the girl, Elizabeth spoke of her history, then wearing an embarrassed expression, the feeling of being in her position, basically every day became overwhelming. With a smile she nodded before speaking, in a shy, warm, and comforting tone as she looked from each individual person to the other.
"m-my name's Avery, but my friends back, where I used to live called me Angel. 'cause, ya know, I hate my name. Anyways, ummmm, I guess I'm pretty new here, I've been here for about... four months maybe. And... This is Morning Glory - "
She lifted one hand to point at morning glory, a smile never ceasing to grow on her face. Slowly, she took a breath before continuing, in more steady lyrics, and with more extravagant hand gestures.
"I've had her for about... four years! yeah..."
She wanted to turn and retreat back into the shadow of the stable, she hadn't really ever spoken to so may people at once with so much to say, which was, in fact, not very much at all to most. A small stab of accomplishment rushed through her like it where a fresh, cool, bottle of water on a warm day. With fluid, well-practiced movements, she swiftly mounted Morning Glory, glancing over to the blond girl and giving a small nod and a timid smile.
"Glory and I would love to join you... If the invitation is extended to us as well"
She bent forward to rest her hands under her chin upon Glory's flaxen jugular, looking patiently and contently at Alex and the boy, Elizabeth had called Zenith. With small snaps of her gum, which caused the mare's auds to flicker to wards her, she waited for any of these new people to say something
